REFERENCES & REVISIONS
You must provide accurate references and inform me whether they are up to date. I will not be responsible for mistakes if the references are not true to the character.
JackalSota Commissions will not provide edits due to faulty references or misinformation concerning the characters’s design or personality.
PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO POINT OUT ANY MISTAKES. If I make mistakes during this Service I will make any changes necessary to correct them with no additional charge.
Prior to the Sketch being approved I will make an unlimited number of changes to the Sketch. If the Sketch has been approved, revision requests that would require changes to the artwork will be subject to a revision fee. This fee will be no less than $10 but may be more depending on the request.
I have the right to refuse any requests that would significantly alter the artwork, especially if you refuse the revision fee.

SERVICE
All prices listed on JackalSota website(s) are in American dollars (USD) and are considered to be "base"—your cost may be higher depending on the complexity of this Service. After I receive your information I will provide you with a final price/quote with the cost of this Service.
Work In Progress will only be given if the commissioner personally asks for it and if the price exceeds $50.00.
WIPs might be given as well if I the artist, wonder something about the commission.
The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as;
Health, order of commission, complexity, Work or family issues.
JackalSota Commissions reserve the rights to post these images to any of the following websites: Furaffinity.net, Facebook.com, Instagram.com.
JackalSota may use your commission for advertising , IE: Commission Openings
The client has every right to post the images, save the images, and use the images with proper credit for noncommercial use.
Jackalsota Commissions reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
All commissions must be paid in full, and upfront, payment plans are not accepted.
Commissions will not be started unless payment is received in full.\
Refunds can be requested at any time. If A commission is being cancelled during actual creation process, refunds will be calculated depending on Completed progress.
Full refunds are issued only if the commission has not been started.
